Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or simply new to our studio, we believe you deserve a supportive, inspiring, and enriching yoga experience. We understand that trying something new—or entering a new space—can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Please know that you are warmly welcomed here, and we are committed to making your journey with us a positive and empowering one.

Where to Start and What to Expect
Download the Mindbody App > find Green Wood Yoga > and sign up for classes from your phone.
Walk-in/Drop-in spots are not guaranteed. We recommend signing up ahead of time.
A yoga mat can be rented for $2.
Bring a water bottle with you to class—we will have water available for you to fill it if needed.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and help get you set up for class; studio doors are locked when class begins.
Because we lock the doors at the beginning of class, no late entry will be allowed.
