Flow-to-Yin

Experience the full spectrum of your energy in this unique class that blends movement and stillness. We begin with an energizing Vinyasa flow, linking breath with dynamic movement to build strength, flexibility, and heat. Then we transition into the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, settling into long-held poses that target the connective tissues and invite profound relaxation. This practice helps you tap into both the active and receptive sides of your body and mind, creating a sense of wholeness and balance. All levels are welcome — come ready to move, release, and restore.

Yin Yoga

Slow down and settle in with Yin Yoga, a deeply nourishing practice that targets the connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. Each class includes guided meditation to help quiet the mind and support deep relaxation. Yin is an excellent complement to more active styles of yoga and high-energy workouts, offering balance, recovery, and a chance to tune into the subtle layers of the body and mind. All levels are welcome — no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to be still.
